1. Go to Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office and open Microsoft Word.
2. Copy the title How Active am I? - Data Collection Form.
3. Next copy the details below including: Name, Age, Gender and ICT Class.
4. To add the table, Go to the Insert menu and select table. (if you can't find it, look for the Table menu.) You need 3 columns going down and 6 rows going across.
5. Copy the details from the table below.
6. Leave the empty boxes empty.
7. Insert some images and a background of your choosing.
8. Save this in your Year 7 folder in Sites.
