#9p4 #9m4 Interface in GameMaker REMEMBER
Remember:
Sprites - 32 x 32, all different colours, name start with spr_
Objects - name starts with obj_, link to sprite, Add event (main 1 tab) got to room....
Room - load in your background via the backgroud tab, insert the obj_button to cover your existing button.

#10p4 #10m2 Cover Tues 4th June - Flyer Development
LO: To develop our
Indesign/Illustrator skills whilst creating our flyers.
Starter:
You need to write a blog post that describes where you are up to so far.
You must briefly describe how you found your packaging work and what you want to
achieve in your flyer work. (Spend 10 mins max)
You need to continue with your flyer and your flyer design log.
You must show how you created the flyer in as
much detail as possible showing all of the tools used.
If you are using copyright free images from the Internet, these need to go in your elements table.
TIP: Use the flyer criteria list in your booklet to check you have included everything.
Plenary:
You need to spend 10 minutes updating your ongoing plans
using the dates below. You can also add comments to the plan. Include what was on time/late/early using a colour code. (amber/red/green)
Dates:
Montage/packaging design - 14/03/13 – 28/05/13
Net – 12/02/13 – 26/03/13
Shop front – 18/02/13 – 12/02/13
Elevation – 28/11/12
– 18/12/12
#8x1 Cover Tues 4th June Adding a button in Flash
LO: To understand how to add a button in Flash so that we have a decision in our animation.
Starter:
No matter where you are up to, create a new scene in your animation for your decision screen.
Watch this video on how to add a button in Flash.
There is a paper tutorial here.
TIP: You may want to try in a new blank project first.
Main:
You need to have a go at creating your own decision screen. Remember there are 2 buttons - 1 to take you to each ending. This MUST be completed by the end of the lesson.
You may help each other.
If you complete this, you may continue with the other scenes in your story.
Plenary:
Comment on this blog if you managed to create 2 buttons that take you to each ending.
