8x1 Developing our Flash skills.

LO: To continue develop our Flash animation skills so that we feel more confident in creating our animated stories.

Starter: Recap last lesson for those who were away. What did we do? Show what you made.

Main:
You are going to continue developing your Flash using the tutorials on the Wildern ICT web page.
Scroll down to the tutorials and start with 1. Flash Basics in you were not here last week.

If you were, complete the button tutorial then try 2. animating with a symbol.
If you get stuck re-read the tutorial, then ask the people around you before you ask me for help.

I will be going through it with you!

8x1 Flash Basics

LO: To develop a basic understanding of Flash tools so we can start our animations

Starter:
It's Magical Trevor!!

Main:
You are going to have a go a some basic Flash using the tutorials on the Wildern ICT web page.
Scroll down to the tutorials and start with 1. Flash Basics.

If you get stuck re-read the tutorial, then ask the people around you before you ask me for help.

I will be going through it with you!

Plenary:
What key words have we learnt from Flash?
What do they mean/what does the tool do?

10m2/10p4 Introduction to Photoshop

LO: To develop our skills in Adobe Photoshop so that we can create our packaging designs.

Starter:
Link up your improved design logs. I will be coming round to look at them.

Main:
You are going to start designing your packaging design in Photoshop.
I will go through the basics but use the video on the Wildern ICT page if you get stuck.
In particular look at the collage video clip.

Remember you will need to show how you created your design step by step as well as have a draft and final version.
You may want to do your design log as you make it.

Plenary:
Write a blog post of the skills you have learnt today.
Update your ongoing plan.
